::Offers are IN!::
So recently me me and Corey have been looking around for some houses. We found MANY in Queen creek so started there. The houses are HALF the price out there versus Gilbert so we are willing to drive. Anyway after looking at 25 or so houses we made a decision! We put TWO offers in on two houses. One in Queen Creek one in Maricopa. Queen Creek being our one we really want! Just because of the loctaion! Any way this process is LONG and painful. haha it could take anywhere from 3 to 8 months to find our if our offer is accepted and the house closes. This is deal with short sells... there are so many and not enough people to work them. SO wish us luck and I will post something as soon as we know! LET THE WAITING GAME BEGIN!
