We finally had the opportunity to get away for a weekend with our family. We headed to Corey;s families cabin in Colorado and boy did we have a great time.

A Tent....

Fires.....

Family....

Marshmallows.....

Poker.....

Walks.....

Nature.....

The HILL.....

Trees.....

Cold.....

Dirt.....

and even the BUGS all make for a great trip!

We had a great time just getting away from the everyday world and all the noise and distractions that come with it and just spend time together and remember the things that really matter in life. Kaiya had a bLaSt and played hard all day!

The first night was just us three and it was great to just have time to ourselves. The next morning Papa Rick, Trisha, Michael, Abri, Zeke, Keenan all showed up and we just hung out let the kids run wild and went for a gorgeous drive! (oh how I miss my mountains in UT) Then Uncle Al and his family showed up as did Gramps & Prysilla and Grandma Doris and Jim We had all sorts of people and it was great to just visit and enjoy each others company.

Me and Corey just love camping and wish that we could do it more often. We hope to visit the cabin again soon and to make great memories for Kaiya and our future kiddos.

This would the "Hill" more of a steep mountain haha Kaiya couldn't get to far up but totally loved it!! We have video of Corey around Kaiya's age trying to do the same thing! SO CUtE!
